PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control apparatus capable of letting radio transmission by a mobile communication device perform actively while securing a time interval for transmitting information to transmit by a road side communication device.SOLUTION: The communication control apparatus is used in a communication system for performing radio communications in which the road side communication device 2 is assigned to a time slot Ta for a road side for performing radio transmission and to a time slot Tb for a vehicle mounted device for performing the radio transmission by a vehicle mounted communication device 3 by time sharing. A slot assigning unit 23A assigns each time slot for the road side to any one of a first time slot for transmitting first information in which a level of update frequency is classified as a criterion and a second time slot for also transmitting second information which is classified apart from the first information other than the first information. An information transmitting unit 23B functions for letting the vehicle mounted communication device 3 previously acquire slot information D2 relating to the assigned time slots.
