PURPOSE: An output device and a test device thereof are provided to generate a synthesized noise signal by adding a noise waveform having a peak in a negative side when a control signal is switched. CONSTITUTION: A main driver(22) outputs an output signal according to an input signal. A driver(24) for noise outputs a noise signal including a noise waveform. A synthesizer(30) outputs a synthesized signal between the output signal and the noise signal. The driver for noise sets an output terminal to high impedance when an enable signal does not exist. The driver for noise diversifies the voltage level of the noise signal outputted according to the variation of the control signal when the enable signal is applied. A corresponding output device outputs the noise signal including the noise waveform by controlling the switching timing of the enable signal and the variation timing of the control signal.
