PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container with a pleat improved in appearance, the opening of whose pleated wall is minimized, which firmly retains its shape and only which is used for baking and steaming with no metal mold such as a ring shaped mold in baking or using.SOLUTION: This relates to a paper container with a pleat formed by molding a film formed by laminating at least a polyester film 1 and paper 1 using a male mold 4 and a female mold 3. While it is molded using the male mold and the female mold, it is heated/pressurized/molded at a temperature between 120°-145° and after molding, the temperature is maintained between 90-180 seconds for molding. |
