PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating the ground water contaminated with cianides, in which the amount of Fe to be added is made small, a polymer flocculant is not required, and the amount of sludge to be generated is made small and the running cost of which is reduced.SOLUTION: The method for treating the ground water contaminated with cianides comprises the steps of: adjusting the pH of the ground water contaminated with cianides to ≤5.5; adding polyferric sulfate to the pH-adjusted ground water; agitating the polyferric sulfate-added ground water; and subjecting the agitated ground water to solid-liquid separation. |
