PURPOSE: A solar energy generating apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently discharge heat by including a first heat discharge member and a second heat discharge member. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell panel(100) including a bottom substrate, a solar cell, and a top substrate is prepared. A plurality of grooves are formed on the bottom substrate. A second heat discharge member(200) with a plurality of holes is combined under the solar cell panel. A first heat discharge member(300) is combined with a groove through a hole. The sidewall of the second heat discharge member and the solar cell panel are combined with the frame. |
