ORGANIC SOLAR CELL AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by forming both nano structure and electron blocking layer on an anode. CONSTITUTION: An anode(3) and a cathode(5) are formed on a substrate(1). A photoactive layer(11) is formed between the anode and the cathode. The photoactive layer comprises an electron donor(7), an electron receptor(9), and a nanostructure(19). An electron blocking layer(21) is formed between the anode and the photoactive layer. The nanostructure is in physical connection with the anode and contains a hole transferring material. The hole transferring material is selected from a group comprising semiconductive elements, semiconductive compound, semiconductive carbon materials, and the combination of the same.
