PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of radiotherapy for determining whether to approve a treatment plan, and additionally, for determining whether to treat a patient with radiotherapy based on diagnostic information of the patient.SOLUTION: The apparatus has: a treatment-plan memory part 101 for previously storing the treatment plan including implementation conditions of the radiotherapy for the patient; a diagnostic-information memory part 102 for previously storing the diagnostic information including findings and biochemical examination information of the patient; an examination-result determining part 107 for referring the diagnostic information and determining whether the biochemical examination information of the patient exceeds a predetermined value; and a report part 108 for informing a warning if the biochemical examination information exceeds the predetermined value.
