PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device and an optical apparatus for suitably removing dust.SOLUTION: The optical device includes: a substrate 18 which transmits light; first electrodes 42A, 42a and second electrodes 42B, 42b which are provided on the substrate 18 at intervals to transmit the light; and an output circuit 28 which outputs AC voltages with different phases to the first electrodes 42A, 42a and the second electrodes 42B, 42b, wherein the output circuit 28 changes frequencies of the AC voltages to be output to the first electrodes 42A, 42a and the second electrodes 42B, 42b. |
