PURPOSE: A honeycomb structure with the light weight, and a waste water processing facility using thereof are provided to simply form the honeycomb structure by adhering plural sheets. CONSTITUTION: A honeycomb structure comprises plural sheets(62B) arranged in a row. The plural sheets are partially attached with each other, and the un-attached portions(62F) forms a channel(62A) by being diverted. Attached portions(62D) are formed side by side. The cross section of the channel is a hexagon. The sheets are formed with a flexible material to be easily folded and spread.
