PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for promoting hair growth is provided to improve quality by extracting from natural product and to use without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition(DCS-HT) for promoting hair growth contains beta-sitosterol, Pleuropteus multflorus or Mori radicis Cortex extract. The weight ratio(w/w) of beta-sitosterol, Pleuropteus multflorus or Mori radicis Cortex extract is 3:1:1. A pharmaceutical composition additionally contains Cantharides.
