PURPOSE: A solar energy generating apparatus is provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by moving electrons to a short path. CONSTITUTION: A solar energy generating apparatus includes a first cell(C1) and a second cell(C2) which surrounds the first cell. A rear electrode layer is arranged on the substrate and includes a first groove which is extended around the center of the substrate. A light absorbing layer is arranged on the rear electrode layer and includes a second groove extended around the center of the substrate. A window layer is arranged on the rear electrode layer and includes a third groove extended around the center of the substrate. |
