PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep sea water-originated composition containing at least one of the group consisting of γ-aminobutyric acid, glutamine, 3-methylhistidine, ornithine, homocystine, homoserine, glycine-proline and anserine, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: This method for producing the composition containing at least one of the group consisting of γ-aminobutyric acid, glutamine, 3-methylhistidine, ornithine, homocystine, homoserine, glycine-proline and anserine includes the collection of the deep sea-originated water and further concentration of the deep sea-originated water of Sea of Japan. |
