PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and simply provide a molding having a superior light antireflection effect, to find a surface shape and physical properties required for the molding having the superior light antireflection effect or an excellent light transmission performance and to provide the molding having specific surface shape and specific physical properties and consequently having the light antireflection effect.SOLUTION: The molding is molded by using a die having a minute shape on its surface and the minute shape on its surface is thermally transferred onto a thermoplastic resin. The molding surface has projections with average height of 100 nm to 1,000 nm or recesses with average depth of 100 nm to 1,000 nm and there are projections or recesses at an average cycle 50 to 400 nm in at least one direction.
