PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray supply device capable of carrying a tray stably and reliably.SOLUTION: In the tray supply device 20, a tray carrier part 24 taking the tray 21 out of a storage part 23 to carry it is constituted of: a carrier rail 31 with a sliding surface 31a on which the taken-out tray 21 slides; a carrier member 46 disposed to be movable along the carrier rail 31 and having a lock pin 47 engaging with a pin fit-in hole 21c formed in its front surface side in a tray 21 taking-out direction; and a carrier drive part 40 driving the carrier member 46 along the carrier rail 31 to take the tray 21 containing a bump-attached component 25 out of the storage part 23 and putting an empty tray 21*, from which the bump-attached component 25 has been taken out, back into the storage part 23. |
