PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing a financial program of a mobile card are provided to enable a roaming subscriber to perform credit card payment due to product purchase or service use through a mobile terminal with the mobile card overseas. CONSTITUTION: A credit card management unit(110) performs remote payment. A coupon management unit(120) manages a coupon by an expiry date of a coupon. A membership management unit(130) automatically connects with membership by payment credit card and refers to a point accumulation state. The membership management unit checks an available store list. A security management unit(140) recovers a card through OTA(Over The Air) in case of loss of a mobile card.
