PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash roller device capable of opening and closing a sliding door for fire prevention properly even when a fire occurs.SOLUTION: This sash roller device (10) includes a sash roller unit (16) for normal use, a rail (12) for normal use including a rail part (12) provided with a sash roller (14) for normal use mounted on it and guiding it, a rail (18) for use against fire including a rail part (18a) being aligned with the rail part (12) at a position above the rail part (12a) in the vertical direction, and a sash roller unit (22) for use against fire including a sash roller (20) for use against fire being attached to an upper edge part of the sliding door (3) just above the rail part (18a) of the rail for use against fire across an interval, being engaged with an upper section of the rail part (18a) of the rail (18) for use against fire when the sash roller (14) for normal use is deformed and the whole sliding door is downward displaced when a fire occurs, and being rotatable on the rail part (18a) of the rail for use against fire. |
