<p>A method, an apparatus and a system for protecting software are disclosed, which belong to the information security field. The method involves: establishes connection between a security equipment and a terminal equipment, the security equipment receives the service instruction and judges whether the real-time clock inside the security equipment has been activated or not; reads the present time of the real-time clock, and judges whether the present time is valid or not; if valid, the security equipment executes the service instruction and returns the executing result to the terminal equipment; if not, the security equipment returns an error result to the terminal equipment. The method provides a safer service for the protected software, and meanwhile, extends the service life of the security equipment.</p> |
