PURPOSE: A control key input control unit and a method thereof for preventing the malfunction are provided to accurately perform the input by automatically setting an operation range of the control key. CONSTITUTION: A control key input control apparatus sets up a key input voltage level by the resistance at each button(S4010). An ADC(Analog to Digital Converter) changes the set key input voltage level into a register value(S4020). A control unit computes a center register value on the basis of the converted register values(S4030). The controller sets up the operation range of the control key corresponding to the range of the calculated center register values(S4040).
