PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote conference support system in which a remote conference is started without requiring user work when each conference room is brought into a state when the remote conference can be started.SOLUTION: A remote conference device provided in each conference room obtains personal identification information for identifying each individual in the conference room. A conference room connection server 4 includes: a conference information storage section 50 storing therein conference information including personal identification information of a person scheduled to be participated in each conference room by remote conference to be held; a conference start determining section 51 for determining whether predetermined conference start conditions are satisfied by remote conference on the basis of the personal identification information included in the conference information and personal identification information obtained by the remote conference device; and a remote conference device connecting section 52 for interconnecting the remote conference devices corresponding to the remote conference in which it is determined that the conference start conditions are satisfied. |
