PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely simply producible tasty ice cream without deteriorating properties and even taste essential to the ice cream even when fried, and to further provide a similar fried ice cream.SOLUTION: There is provided: the ice cream formed by wrapping a directly edible ice cream or a frozen ice cream in two sheets of sponge cakes in the top and bottom, and bonding mutual outer peripheral edges of both the sponge cakes with dough of the sponge cakes or beaten egg yoke; or the ice cream composed by applying bread crumb or batter to the outer periphery thereof, and frying the resultant material in high-temperature oil. |
