<p>The method for beer production, comprises obtaining a wort from a mash, subsequently subjecting the wort to a temperature treatment, separating hot break from the treated wort and obtaining beer after the hot break separation through fermentation. A hops product is subjected to a carrier steam distillation during the brewing process and a carrier steam rich in hops aroma materials is subsequently supplied to wort. The carrier steam distillation is carried out during the temperature treatment and/or hot break separation.
