The bar (100) has a rigid shell (7a) made of impermeable fibrous concrete, where peripheral wall (200) of the shell forms an upper wall (9), a lower face (10) and side walls (11, 12) of the bar. The peripheral wall of the shell defines an inner cavity (16). A filler piece fills the inner cavity with a thermally insulating material i.e. thermally insulating core (7b). The shell is opened along the lower face, where the bar is bounded by the upper wall having an inner face (90a) and an outer face (90b). The fibrous concrete consists of hardened cement matrix having composition comprising cement, granular elements, elements for pozzolanic reaction, dispersing agent, organic fibers and granular elements. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a building comprising an opening support fixed on a structure (2) a method for fabricating a sill bar. |
