PURPOSE: A sandpaper manufacturing device for inside diameter varnishing is provided to rapidly process by rotating a sand paper mounted on a coiling drill. CONSTITUTION: A sandpaper manufacturing device for inside diameter varnishing comprises a drill part(20), a presser unit(11), an elastic support device(10). The drill part is fixed to a base frame(30). A coiling drill(29) is installed in the drill part to rotate. The sandpaper is inserted to a slit groove of the coiling drill in a longitudinal direction. The elastic support device is fixed to and is flexibly supported with the base frame.
