The mixture has a copper content provided with weight of 0.001 percentage to 4.999 percentage, where the mixture progresses the performance of a frictional pair of a metallic tin with a weight percentage of 2 to 10 percentage. The metallic tin or tin alloy is provided in form of powder in the mixture with a particle size distribution from 0.2 micro meter to 600 micro meter and with a specific surface area from 1 meter square per gram to 1.5 meter square per gram. The size of the powder various from 63 micro meter to 125 micro meter. The brake-and clutch lining consists of a metallic fiber and/or powered, functional filler medium, lubricant, organic bond. The mixture includes composition selected from cohesive resin, natural rubber, iron powder, steel wool, zinc powder, cellulose fiber, tin, metal sulfides, calcium fluoride, metallic oxide, barium sulfate, and silicon carbide.
