<p>PURPOSE: A device and a method for recovering a battery are provided to smoothly recover the battery by alternatively supplying a charging current and a regenerative pulse. CONSTITUTION: A main controller(100) controls the charging, discharging, or pulse input of a deep cycle battery and an automobile battery. A battery recovery unit(200) charges and discharges the battery according to the command of a main controller. The battery recovery unit provides a pulse wave for removing a sulphate of the battery. A test information display panel(300) displays the current test status and information about the charging and discharging cycling sequence of a battery.</p> |
