PURPOSE: A hollow mesoporous silica capsule and a producing method thereof are provided to easily carry enzymes, protein, drugs, and other biomasses and to maintain a relatively large space inside a hollow hole. CONSTITUTION: A hollow mesoporous silica capsule comprises a mesoporous silica side wall and more than one macro pores formed on the silica side wall. The average diameter of the capsule is 20nanometers~1micrometers. The average diameter of a macro pore is 1~500nanometers. A cancer cell specific binding peptide sequence or a vitamin compound is attached to the outside of the silica side wall using an organic functional group. The vitamins compound is folic acid.
