THE WIRE BREAK CONTROLLER

PURPOSE: A seed wire stabilizing apparatus for growing semiconductor single crystal is provided to prevent the human resource loss, raw material loss, and equipment loss occurring during process stop by preventing a situation where the process is to be stopped in advance. CONSTITUTION: A roller of cylindrical shape is attached to a pulley. The roller of cylindrical shape prevents the seed wire from deviating. The roller of cylindrical shape is made of teflon material. A fixing equipment of the aluminium material for fixing a metal rod is installed on a pulley shaft(6). A spring is installed between the fixing equipment and the roller of cylindrical shape.
