PURPOSE: A potato peeling apparatus for massively peeling potatoes is provided to perform a peeling process with the proper peeling thickness of the potatoes. CONSTITUTION: A potato peeling apparatus comprises the following: a treatment tank(3) including a stone plate for peeling potatoes by the friction with the potatoes, and friction members(7c,7d); a main shaft(9) pivot-installed on the center of the treatment tank; an upper supporter(15) installed on the upper side of a structure in the traverse direction; a main shaft rotating motor(17) rotating the main shaft; a rotating disk(19) located on the lower side of the main shaft; a potato supply unit supplying the potatoes to the inside of the treatment tank; and a raising and lowering unit moving the rotating disk upward and downward. |
