PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a control arm, and an extruded material and a control arm manufactured by the same are provided to prevent the generation of residual stress by the plastic working of a forming process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a control arm comprises following steps. Aluminum billet is extruded through an extrusion die having an extrusion hole, so an extruded material(10) stretched in a direction corresponding to a vertical height direction can be manufactured. The extruded material is cut vertically to the control arm, so multiple first intermediate materials are formed. A joint part for component coupling is formed on the first intermediate material, so a second intermediate material is formed.
