PURPOSE: A producing method of functional fermented milk using vinegar-hydrolyzed ginseng is provided to offer the hydrolyzed ginseng saponin to milk using vinegar. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional fermented milk using vinegar-hydrolyzed ginseng comprises the following steps: cutting ginseng after washing, and drying with a drier before powdering with a pulverizer; and mixing ginseng powder with 80g of vinegar and 420ml of water to make diluted vinegar liquid, and heating for 2hours. |
