<p>PURPOSE: A bay salt processing system is provided to produce bay salt with the clean color, and to maintain the particle size of the salt by performing a washing process with a dehydration process at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A bay salt processing system comprises the following: a first storing tank(11) for storing bay salt; a washer(30) with a screw type agitating blade(35) on a rotating shaft(34); a second storing tank(12) temporally storing the washed bay salt; a centrifugal dehydrator(40) dehydrating the bay salt inside the second storing tank; a third storing tank(13) temporally storing the dehydrated bay salt; a drying device(50) including a burner(51), a hot air blower(52), and a drying furnace; a color separator(60); a forth storing tank(14) temporally storing the selected bay salt; and a packing machine(70).</p> |
