METHOD OF TRANSMITTING A MEASUREMENT REPORT IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a measurement report to a network in a wireless communication system is provided to transmit a measurement result or a measurement log of a terminal to a network. CONSTITUTION: A measurement configuration to be used in searching an out-of-service zone in a dormant state is received from the first network. The dormant state is a state when a dedicated radio resource is not assigned to a terminal of an RRC(Radio Resource Control) connected mode. In the dormant state, the out-of-service section is searched. If the out-of-service section is searched, the measurement result is saved. The saved measurement result is transmitted to the second network.
