PURPOSE: A video capture device with a memory is provided to remove a need of a separate storage device, thereby providing convenience. CONSTITUTION: A USB(Universal Serial Bus) module(105b) is connected to a USB connector. A video converting module(105c) converts an analog video into a digital video. A memory(105a) saves the digital image and includes a program which is automatically executed in a computer. The memory uses a remaining space except the program as a data storage space.
