PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a substrate is provided to secure the adhesion between a mask and a substrate by using an electromagnet table including an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic table(100) including an electromagnet is provided. A substrate(500) is arranged on the upper side of the table. A mask(700) with magnetism is arranged on the upper side of the substrate. The mask is closely adhered to the substrate by operating the electromagnet. A ball(510) is mounted on the substrate with a mask.
