The switch (R) has two alternating circuits (8, 12) comprising alternating switches (9, 10, 13, 14) at ends of the circuit, respectively. A trigger arrangement (6) comprising a series connection of a relay arrangement (7) and one of the alternating circuits. Useful contacts (K1, K2) are connected by a useful relay coil (L1) in a bistable manner. The alternating switches of the alternating circuits are connected by two auxiliary relay coils in a bistable manner, respectively. Reaction time of the useful relay coil is larger than reaction time of one of the auxiliary relay coils. An independent claim is also included for a consumer electronic device comprising a network connection and two network parts.
