PURPOSE: A coating process is provided to prevent internal energy from being lost through perfect insulation and to save cooling-and-heating energy by degrading internal temperature increase of building caused by absorption of solar heat. CONSTITUTION: A coating process comprises the steps of: forming a top coat layer with water 10~20 weight%, acryl-silicone copolymer 20~40 weight%, mica titan 10~30 weight%, white pigment 10~20 weight% and sieved pigment 10~20 weight%; forming a middle coat layer with water 10~20 weight%, acryl-silicone copolymer 10~30 weight%, hollow glass beads 10~30 weight%, white pigment 1~20 weight%, and sieved pigment 10~20 weight%; and forming a basecoat layer with water 5~70 weight%, acryl-silicone copolymer 20~90 weight%, and silane coupling agent 1~10 weight%. |
