RAKING WORKING CHAIN OF A CRUSHED STONE CLEANING MACHINE (CSCM)

Raking working chain consists of interchanging cutting blades, having rippers (cutters) with hardmetal tips (HMT), and scraping blades with rippers with hardmetal welding. The mobility of the chain links is provided by fingers, the turn and axial displacement of each link are prevented by flats and locking plates. The blades of the chain can be assembled by welding from cast, stamped and rolling elements. The working chain is completed with cleaners.
