A BENDING-TYPE ACTUATOR BY USING A SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY WIRE(SMA),COMPOSITE STRIP, AND SPRING

摘要

PURPOSE: A shape memory alloy actuator with a complex material strip and a spring is provided to increase reaction speed and to reduce power consumption by designing the actuator according to consumable power and the influence by applied voltage and load. CONSTITUTION: A shape memory alloy actuator with a complex material strip and a spring comprises shape memory alloy wire(130), a strip, a spring(120) and an acryl frame(140). The shape memory alloy wire is restored after operation. The strip is composed of a five layered glass fiber laminated plate(110) using a glass fiber prepreg. The strip comprises a complex material strip and a spring connected to the shape memory alloy wire.
