<p>The invention relates to a source for ambient lighting, supplied with electric current. According to the invention, the ecological source consists of two symmetrical halves (1, 2) of a sphere or of an ellipsoid, made of a mixture of plastic materials of white colour, by, joining, there resulting a sphere or an ellipsoid wherein some self-luminous semiconducting diodes (3) are fixed, on a support (4) located at an equal distance to half of the radius, in case of the sphere, and in the lower focal point (F2) in case of an ellipsoid, the light emitted by the diodes (3) being amplified by some metallized mirrors (5) mounted on the inner walls of the two halves (1, 2).</p> |
