<p>A method for assigning re-transmission resources based on Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) includes the following steps: when a terminal fails in sending the data packet for N-th time and/or a base station fails in receiving the data packet for N-th time, in a down-link control signaling sent to the terminal, the base station indicates a transmission mode change for re-transmission of the data packet; the terminal receives and parses the down-link control signaling, and sends an Acknowledgement (ACK) at a up-link feedback channel position, and re-transmits the data packet for N+s-th time according to the new transmission mode; and after the base station receives the ACK sent from the terminal, it assigns the up-link resources according to new resource assignment mode; wherein, N and s are natural numbers, and N+s is less than or equal to the maximum re-transmission number. The present invention solves the problem that conflict may occur when the multiple up-link users share one channel to send data, reduces the code error rate, and improves the system transmission efficiency.</p> |
