This present invention discloses a playing control method, a system and device for Bluetooth media, said method including that: a Bluetooth control device sends, by an expanding protocol message, a JumpTo media playing control command to a Bluetooth playing device; according to the JumpTo media playing control command, the Bluetooth playing device performs playing control on a playing media. By expanding a vendor unique field reserved in protocols, the present invention enables the Bluetooth control device to send a media playing control command expanded in a protocol frame to the Bluetooth playing device, which thereby enables to realize an accurate location playing control to a played media file.
