The element has an annular projection (25) arranged concentric to holes that are arranged centrically on beams (2, 3). The projection is formed as a pressing section without undercut. A recessed portion is arranged between the beams and the pressing section. The beams are provided on two opposite sides of element and form bearing surfaces for a component. The bearing surfaces are sized in such a manner that surface pressure lies below an offset limit of the component. A front side of the projection projects as the beams on a component side of the element.
