The present invention provides a user terminal location method and the equipment thereof, by both of the method and the equipment, different primary location information for the same user terminal which is determined by different location technology can be obtained (310); and all the primary location information is integrated, and the final location information of the user terminal is obtained (320). The present invention also provides a user terminal navigation method and the equipment thereof, by both of the method and the equipment, different primary location information for the same user terminal which is determined by different location technology can be obtained; and all the primary location information is integrated, and the obtained final location information of the user terminal is obtained; according to the final location information, the navigation information which consists of the final location information is determined and provided. Both of the user terminal location method and the equipment thereof and the user terminal navigation method and the equipment thereof provided by the present invention can combine more than one location technology to locate the user terminal, comparing to use any location technology solely, the result is closer to the real value, thus the user terminal location precision is improved obviously.
