<p>PURPOSE: An indicator detecting apparatus and an indicator detecting method for detecting an indicator at high speed are provided to perform detection process of the indicator about a plurality of cross points. CONSTITUTION: A signal detecting circuit(31) detects a signal corresponding to the change of the electrostatic capacity between a conductor pattern and an indicator. An A/D conversion circuit(32) converts a signal outputted from the signal detecting circuit. A correlation value detecting circuit(33) obtains the correlation value of a code column and a word column. A memory circuit stores the correlation value outputted from the correlation detecting circuit.</p> |
