A process for the preparation of polymer-semiconductor hybrid nanostructures consists in that electrolysis is carried out under conditions of cyclic potential sweep within the range of -0.2 ÷ +1.5 V for 4-20 cycles, and quantity control of the prepared polymer is performed according to linear dependence of anode maximum current within the interval E=0.75-0.90 from number of sweep cycles N within the interval 420. |
