METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF PURULENT-SEPTIC COMPLICATIONS AFTER CHOLECYSTEOTOMY

Method for prediction of purulent-septic complications after cholecystectomy includes dynamical following of patient with total evaluation of clinical and laboratory tests and evaluation of results of intra-operative investigations. One determines concentration of thyreotropic hormone of hypophysis (TTH) in blood serum and at value of TTH over 4.2 mkMO/ml and level of glycemia over 7.8 mmol/l one predicts development of purulent-septic complications.
