PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for lamination with good moldability, particularly, laminates of the composition and paper, foamable laminates in which foamed cells (foamed layers) having sufficient heights can be obtained by heating, foam processed paper having foamed layers, and thermally insulated vessels such as cups and the like using the same. SOLUTION: The resin composition for lamination includes 5-95 wt.% of at least one unmodified polyethylene-based resin (C) and 95-5 wt.% of a modified polyethylene-based resin (E), wherein the resin (C) is selected from polyethylene-based resins (A) produced by a high pressure radical polymerization method and/or polyethylene-based resins (B) produced by an ionic polymerization method, and the resin (E) is prepared by being modified by adding 0.001-1.0 pt.wt. free radical-generating agent to 100 pts.wt. of at least one polyethylene-based resin (D) for raw materials for modification selected from polyethylene-based resins (A) produced by a high pressure radical polymerization method and/or polyethylene-based resins (B) produced by an ionic polymerization method. The resin composition satisfies following properties represented by (x1)-(x3): (x1): 0.01-100 g/10 min. melt flow rate (MFR) measured according to JIS K7210 (at 190°C, 21.18 N load), (x2): 0.880-0.960 g/cm<SP>3</SP>density according to JIS-K7112 at 23°C test temperature, and (x3):≥1.5 memory effect (ME).
