PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door restraining structure capable of restraining a door in the axial direction of a locking pin and against the vehicle body side in the direction orthogonal to the axis. SOLUTION: The restraining structure of a front door 21 is used for restraining the front door 21 onto a side sill 18, the front door 21 being mounted in an openable/closable manner to the front pillar provided on a side body, and includes a bolt 36 provided on the front door 21 and a nut 31 installed on the side sill 18 and connected to the bolt 36 in a screwed manner when closing the front door 21. The nut 31 is fixed on the side sill 18 while the bolt 36 is provided on the front door 21 in a rotatable manner around the axis. A locking mechanism 51 is installed that prevents the bolt 36 from shifting in the direction of the axis when closing the front door 21, and a wire 52 is provided that releases the inhibition by the locking mechanism 51 upon opening of the front door 21.
