Disclosed is a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt therof wherein the substituent G is a adamantyl, or a bicyclic or a tricyclic group of formula (III) and the remaining substituents are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the compounds for treating muscarinic receptor mediated diseases such as CNS derived pathologies, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), obesity, Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
