<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change over serialized video information (non-packet video information) and USB information (packetized information) with respect to common output. <P>SOLUTION: A data synchronizing and serializing unit 221 receives information from a video processor 225, and generates a data stream to be transmitted to a USB switch 223.
